The home of the Motor City Theatre Organ Society is the Redford Theatre located at 17360 Lahser Road, Detroit, MI 48219. The 24-hour information phone number is 313-537-2560.

Membership in MCTOS is open to anyone! Ability to play the organ is not a requirement—many of our members cannot even read music! However, if you are interested in preserving the theatre organ or if you have an interest in the restoration/preservation of the historic Redford Theatre, you are welcome to join us. It takes the various talents and interests of many people to operate and restore the theatre. If you have ever thought that you’d like to become involved in skills as diverse as these — stage crew, painting, publicity, plumbing, public relations, electrical, customer service, heating and air conditioning, plastering, advertising — you can find a place at the Redford with virtually no strings attached. If you are looking for a great group to belong to, and a fun place to be involved then the MCTOS and the Redford Theatre are definitely for you!

Membership does not obligate you to volunteer your time and talents. Many members are unable to help physically, but are able to support our mission through their membership dues.
A membership as a  Friend of the Redford costs just $25 and enables you to take part in many of the activities of the organization including the planning and presenting of our shows.
For an additional $50, you can become a full member which adds voting rights, the ability to run for office and membership in our national organization.
Additional membership information can be obtained by mailing a request to: MCTOS Membership Information, 17360 Lahser, Detroit, MI 48219.
