Mental Health & Its Effects on Families - A Community Discussion.
Hear and share stories about how people are coping as caregivers and concerned loved ones. Mental Health professionals will be present to join the discussion. Mental Health Professionals from Starfish Family Services will be present to join the discussion and explain how caregivers can quickly access the help they need.
Featuring preview scenes from the 2019 feature drama “Coming Up for Air” with Producer Roger Rapoport (Waterwalk, Pilot Error) and members of the Michigan production team.
Scenes from this timely film (shot across Michigan) open the door to a discussion that touches us all. Join a post screening discussion on effective treatment of mental illness in our community. Stories will be shared, and mental health professionals will be on hand to give their perspective on the critical role played by caregivers.
