Ann Arbor-based animation expert Steve Stanchfield returns to host his annual collection of rare and familiar cartoon gems.
KIDS KARTOON KAVALCADE focuses on classic cartoon characters like Superman, Popeye, Mr Magoo, Felix the Cat, Flip the Frog, and Daffy Duck, with a Tex Avery classic thrown in. Five cartoons will be 35mm film prints. The show also has two silent cartoons with live organ accompaniment by John Lauter.
This wide variety of cartoons is a perfect way to kick off Thanksgiving week and the holiday season.
